Ard Bia at Nimmos is where we had our last dinner in Ireland. It was fantastic, I had monkfish and Tissy had pumpkin risotto. The restaurant was a mix of seasonal gourmet Mediterranean, Irish mix, Middle Eastern, New Zealand, Lebanese and Indian cuisines. The name means "high food" in Irish, and the building was a 18th century Customs House right on the water. Very cool inside.
